- If you contact us first, you send first
- NO VCD, SVCD, DivX or other lossy video formats sourced DVDs
- Use only high-quality DVD-Rs (TDK, Fuji, Verbatim,...)
- Don't put any tape on the discs, don't write on them and use appropriate packaging.
- Test the discs before sending, this can avoid many trouble! If discs turn out to be not entirely readable, We´ll request new ones.
- Stay in contact with us. Tell us when you're sending and when you have received our stuff.
- Don´t try to rip us off!
